Those who wish to participate are encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy to the US Marshall Service Office in Downtown Providence or the Rhode Island State Police Headquarters in Scituate. We partnered with Dorca Institute for the weR1 Rhode Island Relief Fund. This is a state initiative to provide cash assistance to Rhode Island residents ineligible for state or federal relief and who have experienced financial hardship during the COVID-19 crisis. The State expects to provide $400.00 through a prepaid debit card to 7,000 households across Rhode Island
