Esperanza-Hope invites you to participate in our “Adopt a Family for Christmas 2024” program. Together, we can make the season brighter for families who need a little extra support.
Here’s how you can help:
- Adopt a Family: We’ll provide you with a “wish list” so you can shop for their gifts.
- Make a Monetary Donation: Let us handle the shopping for you, ensuring the family receives the gifts they need.

Free Gingerbread House Decorating Event
We are excited to invite you to our Gingerbread House Decorating Event on:
Date: Saturday, December 14, 2024
Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Location: 1014 Broad Street, Providence, RI 02905
Each child will receive their very own pre-assembled gingerbread house and all the decorating materials needed to create a masterpiece. All they need to bring is their creativity and holiday spirit!
Who Can Participate:
This FREE event is open to children aged 6 to 12 years old.

Join the PC Friars for a Holiday Toy Drive Benefiting Esperanza-Hope!
The PC Friars will host a special Toy Drive to support the Esperanza-Hope Non-Profit Organization on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, during the men’s basketball game: PC vs. BYU. The game tips off at 8:30 p.m. at the Amica Mutual Pavilion in Providence.
All fans attending the game are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy to help brighten the holiday season for children in Rhode Island. Be part of the spirit of giving and make a difference in the lives of those in need!

Adopt a Family for Thanksgiving 2024
Let’s come together to give THANKS! Thanksgiving is the perfect time to reflect on our blessings and share them with others. A Thanksgiving dinner is more than a meal—it’s a blessing that brings families together.
Esperanza-Hope invites you to join us in spreading joy and gratitude by participating in our *“Adopt a Family for Thanksgiving 2024”*program. Would you like to help a family in need? We are excited and prayerfully inviting you to be part of this meaningful tradition.
Here’s how you can help:
- Adopt a Family by preparing a Thanksgiving meal basket.
- Make a Monetary Donation, and we will prepare the basket on your behalf.
Each adopted family will receive a whole turkey and a Thanksgiving meal basket, complete with everything they need to cook a delicious Thanksgiving dinner together.

The Esperanza-Hope Art Exhibition will be featuring the Masterpieces that were created by children between the ages of 6 and 15, during the Esperanza-Hope free art program. These master pieces are filled with colors, laughs, positivity, and love.
